Once a refund is processed, funds should reach your account between 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Please note that we are only able to refund the credit card that made the transaction. If your card has expired, and you are still using the same bank account as your previous card, then we will still be able to process the refund and the money will return to your bank account,
