If you have subscribed to a pass but change your mind and want to cancel the subscription, you can cancel and request a refund anytime within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not streamed a game within that 14-day window. After those 14 days have elapsed, or you have streamed a game, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
If you have paid for a ‘match pass’ and want to cancel your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the match being broadcast live, provided you have not viewed it. If you paid for a ‘match pass’ session after the live broadcast, provided you have not streamed the match, you have the option of requesting a refund within 14 days.
