If you have subscribed for the the Annual Pass and want to cancel your subscription, you can cancel and request a refund anytime within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not streamed a game within that 14-day window. After those 14 days have elapsed, or you have streamed a game, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
If you have paid for a live ‘match pass’ and want to cancel your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the match being broadcast live, provided you have not viewed it. If you paid for a ‘match pass’ session after the live broadcast, provided you have not streamed the match, you have the option of requesting a refund within 14 days.
If you are having problems streaming, or have an incompatible device, please contact URC TV Support as soon as possible and we will review your case.
