The web player’s resolution is set by default to “Auto” which chooses the optimal speed that your device and broadband connection allows it to play at without interruption. 

Please keep in mind that streaming a live broadcast demands a lot more of an internet connection than typical day-to-day browsing or even streaming on-demand content on platforms such as Netflix. If you encounter buffering or interruptions it is likely that your connection or device are struggling to stream the broadcast at the quality we are sending it out at. Resetting your modem and router and closing down any extra tabs & downloads may help.
