If you are struggling to scrub back and forth on our website, this may be due to your device settings and or device/browser capabilities or compatibility with our service. Switching to another device may resolve the issue for you. 

  • Please be aware we do not support devices running an OS version below 10. 
  • In terms of browser, for best performance, we recommend using Google Chrome as a browser. Please note that Internet Explorer is unsupported.

We are aware of an issue with the scrub functions on our mobile app, which our technicians are working to resolve. In the meantime, we would advise streaming content via our website (which does allow casting via Chromecast and Airplay).
