To change your password, please choose the scenario that best applies:
If you are outside your account and cannot access:
1. Click ‘sign in / register' in the top right-hand corner of the website
2. Select ‘forgot password' at the bottom of the on-screen pop-up
3. Enter your email address in the box provided.
4. You will be emailed a link which you should click on to reset your password. If you cannot see this in your main inbox please check your spam/junk mail folders
If you are in your account and would like to change your password:
1. Go to My URC TV.
2. Click on 'Manage Account'.
3. Next to the password box, click 'Change password' and enter your old and new password into the presented fields and press SAVE
