To access content you have purchased access to,, you will need to sign in under the URC TV account you purchased access under.
SIGN IN:
On our website:
1. On the desktop view (laptop/PC) click ‘Sign In,’ on a mobile device, click the person icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
This will generate the pop-up box below. Enter the email address and password associated with your URC TV account and click the 'SIGN IN' button.
You will know you have been logged in correctly if on the desktop view (laptop/PC) you see 'MY URC TV' in the top right hand corner of the screen or by clicking the three lines in the top right hand corner on the mobile view and seeing 'MY URC TV' listed as the last option on the list that displays.
Once signed in, you should be able to access content you have purchased access to or included in your pass package by clicking on the game listing under the LIVE (live games) or REPLAY (on-demand games) sections.
On our mobile apps:
1. Click the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2. Select 'Login' the first option on the menu that displays.
3. That will generate the Login/Register page (see below)
4. Enter the email address and password asssociated with the account and hit the 'Continue' button.
If you have been successfully logged in/signed up, when you hit the cogwheel again, the first option that appears should be 'Account' (see below).
Your URC TV Account
Under the 'MY URC TV' section you will be able to see details about your account such as keep track of your purchases and update billing information.

To access this section on our website, on a desktop view (laptop/PC) click 'MY URC TV' displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen, on a mobile view, hit the three lines in the top right hand corner of the screen and select the last option on the list that displays, 'MY URC TV'
There are 5 areas under the MY URC TV section, these are listed on the website desktop view (laptop/PC) but only the corresponding icons will display on the mobile view (see below)
1. DASHBOARD (flag icon) - check your current subscription status
2. PURCHASE HISTORY (notepad icon) - view all of your past purchases
3. CARD DETAILS (card icon) - review your billing information/add a new card
4. MANAGE ACCOUNT (person icon) - change your email address/password
5. MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS (curved arrow icon) - unsubscribe from auto-renew / set your subscription to cancel at the end of your subscription period
*PLEASE NOTE if you don't currently hold an active subscription with us (you generally purchase access on a pay-per-game basis, had a subscription with us previously but has since expired or hold a gifted pass) you will not see the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION displayed under MY URC TV as you do not currently have a subscription to manage.

1. Click the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2. Select the first option on the menu, 'Account'
3. Select 'Manage Account'
4. You will be presented with 'Edit Account' or 'Change Password.' Under 'Edit Account' you will be able to change your club preference and marketing communications preferences.
