URC TV Support Centre

To access your subscription and watch a game, you will need to login to your URC TV account.

To Login:

1. Go to our website 

2. Click on the LOGIN button in the top right corner of the page and the below pop-up box will then appear. 

3. Enter the email address and password you registered with when you first signed up or registered with and click 'SIGN IN.' Click on the box next to 'REMEMBER ME' if you want to store your details on your device. 

4. You should now be logged in and have full access to your account. 

Tablet/Phone:
If using a tablet or mobile device:

1. Go to our website or mobile app

2. On our website click on the three 'menu' lines in the top right corner. Then choose the last option - the LOGIN button.

3. A dropdown menu will then appear, scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on 'login.'

4. A pop-up box will then appear. Enter the email address and password associated with your URC TV account, select the box beside 'I'm not a robot' Captcha, and click 'LOGIN.' Tick the box next to 'REMEMBER ME' if you want to store your details on your device. You should now have full access to your account.

If you're still having issues, we advise clearing the cache and cookies on the preferred device and starting again.
